5. Act 3 - Rage of the Lion
This Act finds America on the offensive for the first time.  They begin to gain ground against Japan, and liberate their states one by one.  Remanents of the Great Britian Army have fled to Canada, and then crossed the American border to link up with the core American troops, and the British troops are not alone, their core Generals have been able to sneak across as well. Together the American and Britian forces route the German troops to the East.  While American forces push Japan from the homeland.
In a final apocalyptic battle (Hawaii / other?), America pushes the last remenants of the German/Japan armies from their shores, and lay claim to their homeland through the blood and sacrifice of their people.  As the stage fades, Americans look both eastwards, and westwards, towards their brothers the allies, occupied by their sworn enemies the Axis, and with a smoldering anger fueled by the atrocities of war, vow that they will be set free and that their subjucators will know justice at their hands.
