This Act finds America defending it's homeland, seemingly losing ground at every turn.  Both the East Coast and West Coast fall.  The Capitol is briefly occupied by Germany.  It's not until they push towards the center in a major battle (yet to be determined), that Germany suffers a major defeat that turns the tide. After they beat back Germany, America then turns their attention to Japan.
